Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems for reduced latency and increased inference accuracy.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and integrating them into our product roadmap.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee the deployment of AI models in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure compliance with global AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on Machine Learning and Deep Learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven track record of designing complex distributed systems and high-scale machine learning pipelines.
- Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex algorithmic issues and optimize system bottlenecks.
