Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure capable of processing exabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the R&D strategy for next-gen Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal reasoning systems.
- Define the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing concepts into classical AI workflows.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects to foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex 2026 strategic visions into executable technical blueprints.
- Ensure system security, ethical AI compliance, and robustness in high-stakes environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and regulatory compliance frameworks.
