Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable AI infrastructure aligned with our strategic vision for 2026 and beyond.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents for complex problem-solving.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- System Integration: Integrate AI solutions with legacy and emerging systems, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (Quantum AI, Neuromorphic Computing) and evaluate their viability for our product suite.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating high-level business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
