Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI models for predictive analytics and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the architectural vision for integrating quantum computing principles into classical cloud infrastructure.
- Oversee the deployment of neural networks across distributed edge computing environments.
- Establish best practices for data governance and AI ethics within the organization.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype 'future-tech' solutions for enterprise clients.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in senior AI/ML leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with edge computing, distributed systems, and big data processing (Spark, Kafka).
- Strong background in algorithmic optimization and system scalability.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
