Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect and lead the implementation of long-term AI strategies that align with the company's vision for the coming years.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and software engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- System Design: Design complex, scalable AI systems using modern frameworks and cloud-native technologies to handle massive data throughput.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and product managers.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and optimize algorithms to ensure real-time responsiveness.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery.
- Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and integrate cutting-edge technologies into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Cloud Mastery: Strong proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with experience designing serverless and microservices architectures.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and drive technical decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to diverse audiences.
