Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement high-performance machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of Generative AI models, focusing on large language models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term innovation targets.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Optimization & Deployment: Oversee the deployment of models to production environments using Kubernetes and containerization technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions.
