Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Large Language Model (LLM) infrastructure and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Lead the design of multimodal AI systems that integrate text, image, and voice processing.
- Implement robust AI safety frameworks and governance protocols to ensure ethical deployment.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models to production using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Deep understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus) and semantic search.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
