Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of exascale computations.
- Lead the technical vision for Project 2026, defining architectural patterns and coding standards.
- Oversee the development and deployment of large-scale neural networks and generative models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Research, Security) to translate futuristic concepts into technical roadmaps.
- Optimize model latency and resource utilization for next-generation hardware environments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (equivalent experience will be considered).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex product lifecycles in high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and edge computing architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
