Responsibilities

- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to push the boundaries of generative AI and predictive analytics.

- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with the company's long-term strategic vision.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage in future computing.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision technologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
