Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure specifically tailored for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-modal systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs by 40% through aggressive pruning and quantization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI agents into core product ecosystems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including Quantum AI and Neuromorphic computing.
- Define the technical standards and governance for all AI model deployments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming.
- Proven track record of leading AI projects from conception to production deployment.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
