Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for Project 2026, focusing on quantum integration and neural processing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Model Optimization: Drive the optimization of deep learning models for real-time inference and low-latency performance.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering leads to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
