Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems tailored for the 2026 industrial landscape.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and ethicists to implement novel machine learning models.
- Define and enforce best practices for AI governance, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge technologies, including neural-symbolic AI and quantum machine learning interfaces.
- Collaborate with C-suite leadership to translate technical vision into actionable product roadmaps.
- Optimize existing infrastructure to support real-time, large-scale data processing and inference.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision paradigms.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions in high-pressure environments.
