Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation machine learning models targeting the 2026 roadmap.
- Define and execute the technical vision for AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) safety and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate complex AI solutions into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct high-level research to optimize model efficiency and minimize computational carbon footprints.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and high-performance engineering.
- Translate abstract research concepts into deployable, scalable production code.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Deep expertise in Deep Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth, innovative environments.
- Strong background in optimization algorithms, distributed systems, and high-throughput computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated passion for the future of technology and ethical AI development.
