If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of Machine Learning and possess a strategic mindset for high-scale deployment, we want to meet you.
In this role, you will not just write code; you will shape the future of human-machine interaction. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our core AI models, ensuring they are scalable, ethical, and future-proof for the demands of the 2026 landscape.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on predictive modeling for the 2026 consumer release.
- Optimize Neural Networks: Drive the optimization of deep learning models to improve latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency for edge computing deployment.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Mentor and guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Governance: Establish strict guidelines for model bias, transparency, and data privacy, ensuring compliance with emerging global standards.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., Transformer architectures, Reinforcement Learning) to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering or Machine Learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
