Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the technical vision for our flagship AI initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals for the coming decade.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect robust, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams in real-time.
- Lead Engineering Teams: Mentor senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a collaborative environment that drives innovation and high performance.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure optimal inference speed and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product management.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies from top AI research labs into our production stack.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML, including at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, specifically regarding GPU compute and containerization (Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver high-stakes projects under tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: A track record of solving ambiguous problems with elegant, scalable architectural solutions.
