We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our flagship 2026 Initiative. At QuantumLeap Dynamics, we are not just predicting the future; we are architecting it. As we approach the pivotal year of 2026, we need a technical leader who can navigate the complexities of artificial general intelligence and autonomous systems.
In this role, you will be responsible for building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of human-computer interaction. You will work with a world-class team of researchers and engineers to solve the most challenging problems in machine learning at scale.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabytes of data.
- Lead a high-performing team of AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Oversee the deployment and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Define the technical roadmap and strategy for our 2026 AI product suite.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with global data regulations.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical code reviews.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing systems for high availability and low latency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and drive technical decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
