Responsibilities
- Define and implement a comprehensive AI ethics framework tailored for the 2026 compliance landscape.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and fairness assessments on large-scale ML models before deployment.
- Translate complex ethical guidelines into actionable technical requirements for engineering teams.
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory affairs to ensure compliance with upcoming 2026 data privacy laws.
- Lead cross-departmental workshops to foster a culture of responsible innovation.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI governance and quantum computing ethics.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Philosophy, or a related field, with a focus on AI Ethics.
- 5+ years of experience in technical leadership roles within the AI/ML industry.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning architectures, and LLMs.
- Proven experience in policy-making, compliance, or ethical review board participation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical storytelling.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
