Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, tune, and optimize AI models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency across global cloud infrastructures.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of industry breakthroughs, evaluating new frameworks (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI Pre-training) and prototyping solutions.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish protocols for responsible AI development, ensuring transparency, fairness, and compliance with evolving global regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Quantum Mechanics.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries such as Qiskit or Cirq.
- Architecture Skills: Proven track record of designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems and microservices.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated history of patentable work, published research, or significant contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Agile Mastery: Experience managing product lifecycles within Agile and Scrum frameworks.
