Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance quantum-classical hybrid algorithms and system architectures for enterprise-level applications.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI and quantum computing advancements, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., NISQ devices, neural networks on quantum hardware) to integrate into our product suite.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of AI engineers and quantum researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Optimize existing codebases for quantum hardware constraints, ensuring minimal error rates and maximum computational efficiency.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI initiatives, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical realities.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype complex AI solutions to validate feasibility and performance before full-scale deployment.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all AI systems adhere to industry standards for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, machine learning, or systems architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Algorithmic Proficiency: Strong background in linear algebra, probability, and complex systems theory.
- Cloud Mastery: Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) with a preference for specialized quantum cloud services.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated history of tackling unsolved problems and driving innovation in a dynamic environment.
