Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AGI capabilities, with a specific focus on achieving breakthroughs by 2026.
- Design and implement novel neural network architectures capable of robust, multi-modal reasoning.
- Lead a cross-functional team of researchers and engineers to scale models from billions to trillions of parameters efficiently.
- Establish rigorous benchmarks and evaluation metrics for model safety, alignment, and performance.
- Collaborate with policy and ethics teams to ensure responsible deployment of advanced AI systems.
- Publish cutting-edge research and present findings at top-tier global conferences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Reinforcement Learning.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects and publications.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and attention mechanisms.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about long-term AI development and safety.
