Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for AI integration, identifying emerging trends in Generative AI and Autonomous Systems to ensure our products remain industry leaders.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of robust AI infrastructure that can handle high-volume data processing and real-time decision-making.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focusing on the ethical implications and advancements of AI, ensuring responsible innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex technical strategies into actionable development plans.
- Mentorship & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors, articulating the value and impact of our AI initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to foresee industry shifts and translate them into long-term product strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Tools: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
