Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Architect and lead the long-term technical strategy for our core systems, ensuring scalability and future-proofing for the 2026 era.
- Lead Autonomous System Development: Oversee the design and implementation of cutting-edge AI agents and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Architecture & Scalability: Design robust, distributed system architectures that can handle exponential data growth and high-concurrency demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, research, and engineering teams to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical solutions.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Set the standard for engineering excellence by conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior and senior engineers.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies like quantum computing interfaces and advanced neural networks.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex product lifecycles.
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and adapt architectural strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
