Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Principal Engineer role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate technological shifts and adapt systems for upcoming standards (2026+).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
