Your Mission
You will serve as the primary architect for our 2026 roadmap, bridging the gap between business strategy and technical execution. You will lead a team of elite engineers to build the platforms that will power the next generation of digital experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap aligned with company vision and market trends.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and secure system architectures that support high-volume transactions and complex data processing.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) and evaluate their feasibility for integration.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering professional growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure technical deliverables meet business goals.
- Cost Optimization: Oversee cloud infrastructure spend and implement strategies for maximum efficiency and cost reduction.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain rigorous disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on them.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: Professional certification in cloud architecture (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving ambiguous, high-level problems.
