Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic definition of the 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on the convergence of AI, 6G infrastructure, and quantum-ready systems.
- R&D Leadership: Prototype and validate emerging technologies to determine feasibility for our core products and services.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into global tech trends, competitor strategies, and potential disruptions in the next 5 years.
- Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level strategic goals into scalable, secure, and efficient technical architectures.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions or partnerships with emerging tech startups.
- Mentorship: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and future-forward thinking.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, system design, or R&D leadership.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products or leading major technical transitions.
- Forecasting Skills: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to forecast industry trends and anticipate market shifts.
