Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to establish a clear, actionable, and scalable technology vision for the next three years, focusing on AI integration and cloud scalability.
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design enterprise-level architectures that anticipate market shifts, ensuring our platform remains robust and adaptable to emerging tech trends.
- Drive Innovation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness) and assess their potential impact on our product ecosystem.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns that drive efficiency and quality.
- Oversee System Modernization: Spearhead the transition to microservices and containerized environments, ensuring zero downtime and maximum performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with security, operations, and business units to ensure architectural decisions align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior engineering teams and cultivate a culture of technical excellence and forward-thinking innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological trends and integrate them into business strategies effectively.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Security & Compliance: Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and industry compliance standards (SOC2, GDPR).
