Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning with business goals.
- Lead R&D initiatives focused on emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Edge Computing).
- Conduct feasibility studies and architectural assessments for new product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into legacy systems.
- Establish best practices for scalability, security, and performance in next-gen environments.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and technical leads.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Quantum computing concepts.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale technical projects on time.
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate abstract concepts into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
