Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable microservices and distributed systems architecture aligned with Year 2026 technology trends.
- AI Infrastructure Leadership: Oversee the deployment of machine learning pipelines, ensuring high performance and low latency in production environments.
- Roadmap Strategy: Collaborate with the CTO to define technical milestones for the 2026 product roadmap, anticipating future tech shifts.
- Code Quality & Mentorship: Establish and enforce best coding practices, conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering tasks.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust; proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their integration into production systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges and optimizing system performance under high load.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
