Responsibilities
- System Design: Architect end-to-end AI pipelines, focusing on scalability, latency reduction, and fault tolerance.
- Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews and technical strategy sessions.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of legacy systems with next-gen quantum-ready neural networks.
- Innovation: Research and prototype emerging technologies to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Security: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive algorithmic models and data assets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity technical problems.
- Certifications: AWS Solutions Architect or Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
