Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of next-generation AI systems aligned with the 2026 product vision.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and architectural patterns for scalability and security.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Collaborate with product stakeholders to translate high-level requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven experience leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Expert knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of system design, distributed systems, and data structures.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
