Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define the architectural roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and emerging technological trends.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable, and secure distributed systems capable of handling high-volume data streams.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous innovation.
- Prototyping: Lead the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies, including AI integration and edge computing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate abstract requirements into concrete technical specifications.
- Disaster Recovery: Develop robust disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to ensure system uptime in critical scenarios.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or senior engineering role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Future Tech: Demonstrated experience with AI/ML model integration and quantum computing concepts is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent professional certification.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges under tight deadlines.
