You will lead a high-performance team of data scientists and engineers, ensuring that Project 2026 remains at the cutting edge of artificial general intelligence and neural processing.
Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Neural Infrastructure: Design and implement the core microservices and neural network architecture for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and low-latency performance.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision and long-term roadmap for Project 2026, balancing innovation with architectural stability.
- System Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model inference, reduce computational costs, and enhance data throughput across distributed systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable engineering solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data and ensure adherence to emerging AI regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architect role within the AI/ML sector.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP).
- Project 2026 Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing systems for next-generation predictive modeling and autonomous decision-making frameworks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous engineering challenges in high-pressure environments.
