Responsibilities
- Define the high-level technical architecture and strategy for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and architects to design scalable, resilient, and secure systems.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) into our core stack.
- Mentor junior developers, conducting code reviews and technical workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Ensure best practices for cloud security, data privacy, and system performance.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
