Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the Project 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Design and implement scalable microservices architecture using modern cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide team growth through code reviews and technical workshops.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into actionable technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps practices to improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment efficiency.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and high-availability solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Strong understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
