Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures for core AI workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers in researching and prototyping novel algorithms for neural network acceleration on quantum processors.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals and industry standards.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous code quality standards and mentor junior and senior developers alike.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related technical field with a focus on Quantum Computing.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading architectural design for large-scale AI or high-performance computing systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or Azure Quantum) is mandatory.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and driving projects from concept to deployment.
