Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for predictive modeling projects leading up to 2026.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to innovate on generative AI solutions.

- Oversee the full lifecycle of data engineering, from ingestion to production deployment.
- Research emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance our core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, security, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
