Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable infrastructure capable of supporting the rapid evolution of AI and Web3 technologies by 2026.
- Lead AI Integration: Spearhead the transition to AI-native architectures, overseeing the integration of Large Language Models into core products.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define and communicate the technical vision and long-term roadmap to stakeholders and engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate futuristic concepts into executable engineering solutions.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, and a strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
- AI Knowledge: Demonstrated experience implementing Machine Learning pipelines or working with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, HuggingFace).
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry trends and apply them to business solutions.
