Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology foresight framework using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Produce strategic briefings for executive leadership on emerging disruptive forces
- Design cross-functional innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare organizational resilience for future disruptions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for early technology adoption
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts and innovation specialists
- Present findings at global industry conferences and publish thought leadership pieces
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 7 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
