Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive trends through 2026
- Produce scenario analyses and strategic foresight reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proofing principles into product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops on emerging technologies and societal shifts
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and conference presentations
- Maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future ROI for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and technical teams
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
