Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation framework, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Lead scenario planning and trend analysis across biotech, AI, climate tech, and digital transformation
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into commercial roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype 2026-ready technologies
- Author thought leadership pieces on emerging tech paradigms and societal impacts
- Build external ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for complex technical concepts
- Experience building and leading high-performing innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism or innovation strategy
- Global network within tech innovation ecosystems and research communities
