Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap

- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field
- 10+ years in emerging tech leadership with 3+ at executive level
- Proven track record of shipping quantum/AI breakthrough products
- Published research in Nature/Science journals
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Strategic partnerships with DARPA/EU Horizon projects
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming languages
- Global keynote speaker at TED/WEF events
