Responsibilities
- Design and implement proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Lead the MLOps strategy to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce computational costs for large-scale models.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, bias mitigation, and ethical AI compliance.
- Mentor a team of senior machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate technical AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, NLP, or computer vision.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and vector databases.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving technical vision.
