Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum neural networks and hybrid classical-quantum algorithms tailored for high-performance computing environments.
- Lead a team of 5+ data scientists and quantum engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with hardware specialists to optimize code execution on emerging quantum processors and specialized accelerators.
- Define the technical roadmap for the Year 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and validation to ensure system stability and accuracy under load.
- Present technical findings and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders and technical audiences.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI systems.
- Expert proficiency in quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil.
- Deep understanding of machine learning theory, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and neural network architectures.
- Experience with cloud-based quantum services (e.g., IBM Quantum Experience, Google Cloud Quantum) and HPC environments.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
