Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum computing solutions for complex machine learning problems.
- Lead a cross-functional team of quantum physicists and software engineers to implement Project 2026 milestones.
- Develop and optimize quantum algorithms to improve computational efficiency by 500%.
- Collaborate with cloud infrastructure teams to deploy quantum-as-a-service (QaaS) platforms.
- Establish best practices for quantum error correction and hardware-software integration.
- Mentor junior developers and define the technical roadmap for the 2026 roadmap.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years specifically in quantum computing or advanced simulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for distributed computing.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing technical teams.
