Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic technical vision, ensuring our architecture aligns with long-term business objectives and future scalability needs.
- System Design & Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols and ensure full compliance with industry standards and data privacy regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system health, optimize performance, and drive efficiency improvements across the infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP with a proven track record of designing large-scale cloud environments.
- Programming: Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or Rust) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide innovative solutions to architectural challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
