We are seeking a visionary Lead Systems Architect to lead our engineering division. Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, distributed microservices for our autonomous logistics platform.
- Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Implement and maintain quantum-resistant encryption standards across all data streams.
- Oversee code quality, system performance, and reliability metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI researchers, product managers, and security experts.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, and Rust.
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems on AWS or Azure.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or post-quantum cryptography is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
