Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-availability system architectures for our core platforms.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems to cloud-native microservices (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices for the engineering organization.
- Collaborate with product and data science teams to integrate AI/ML models into our infrastructure pipeline.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to ensure system integrity and security.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure, data pipelines, and real-time processing technologies.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through large-scale technical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
