Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for Project 2026, focusing on scalability, security, and high availability.
- Lead technical decision-making processes, evaluating trade-offs between new technologies and existing legacy systems.
- Define and enforce software development standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns.
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide the professional growth of the technical staff through code reviews and technical discussions.
- Identify potential risks in system design and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and systems architecture, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in at least two of the following languages: Go, Java, C++, or Python.
- Strong experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale systems under tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
