Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Perform detailed dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing tasks
- Change linens, make beds, and organize living spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Follow client-specific cleaning protocols and quality standards
- Report maintenance issues and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- No prior housekeeping experience required – we train!
- Reliable transportation to client locations across Indianapolis
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
