Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field with a focus on AI.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and experience training state-of-the-art transformer models.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust, with a strong understanding of GPU optimization and high-performance computing.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering at top-tier tech firms or research labs.
